Steven J. Gerberry

Steve's current term began January 1, 2010. Steve is a 1995 graduate of the Mineral Ridge High School, and a 1999 graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He is a funeral director and embalmer with Lane Funeral Homes, Inc., with chapels in Austintown, Broookfield, Canfield, Cortland, Mineral Ridge, Niles, and Warren. He serves as the Manager of the Mineral Ridge Chapel.
Steve lives in Mineral Ridge with his wife, the former Stacie Donchatz, their daughters Megan and Madeline and chocolate labrador, Sadie. Steve is a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mineral Ridge, and various funeral director organizations. Prior to being appointed as Trustee, he served on the Weathersfield Township Zoning Commission.
Marvin McBride

Marvin's term began on January 1, 2010. Marvin graduated from Youngstown State University with a Masters degree in Education. He taught in the public schools for 38 years and parochial schools for 11 years. He was a Democratic precinct committeeman for Weathersfield-B, the founder of Mineral Ridge Youth Baseball. Marvin previously served on Weathersfield Board of Education from 1990 -1994.
Marvin lives in Mineral Ridge with his wife Ella. He has three children who graduated from Mineral Ridge School system. Daughter, Cindy Coleman resides in Hampshire, TN, Son, Ace resides in Cockeysville, MD and another son Marvin J. II resides in Austintown, OH.

Gil's current term began January 1, 2012. Gil obtained a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Akron in 1992 and is a 1995 graduate of The University of Akron, School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in 1995 and is currently a partner in the law firm of DeHaven & Blair, Ltd.
Gil lives in Mineral Ridge with his wife, Gaye A. Blair, their children Meredith, Gil and Megan. Gil is a member of The Church of Christ in Mineral Ridge, His professional memberships include the Ohio State Bar Association, Trumbull County Bar Association. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the freinds of the McKinley Memorial Library.

Fred was appointed to the Weathersfield Township Fiscal Officer's position on February 2, 2009. He was a Weathersfield Township Trustee from August 1, 1996 until January 20, 2009.
Fred generates all monthly, quarterly and annual accounting reports for the Township. He prepares the Annual Budget, the Permanent Appropriations and the Revenue Accounts for the Board of Trustees. The Township uses the Uniform Accounting Network (UAN) through the Ohio State Auditors office.
He is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, the Ohio Township Association, the Trumbull Township Association, the National Association of Towns and Townships, the Northeast Ohio Township Association and (CLOUT) the Coalition of Large Ohio Urban Townships. Fred is the Chairman of the State of Ohio Government Commission for District 6 Public Works Integrating Committee, which encompasses Trumbull and Mahoning Counties. In 2011 Fred was appointed to the State of Ohio Small Government Commission Committee which covers all the state Public Works Integrating Committees. Fred is the Trumbull Township Association's representative to the Policy Committee of the Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste District.
Fred is widowed and has four children. Fred Jr. lives in Houston, Texas; Anthony lives in Columbus, Ohio; Kathleen (Dirk) Granger live in Mineral Ridge with two (2) Granddaughters, Kya and Cheyenne. Stephanie (Artie) Kountz live in Bazetta Township.

David E. Pugh

Dave was the former Personnel Manager for Exacticut Steel Company. He was elected Township Trustee in 1986 and held the office until being appointed as the Township Administrator in August 1996. Along with his duties as Administrator, Dave also holds the position of Road Department Supervisor. He is a member of the Weathersfield Township Volunteer Fire Department, Trumbull County Emergency Management Agency, Trumbull County Trustees Association, Ohio State Trustees Association and the VFW Post 4192. Dave is married to Nancy Postlethwait and has two sons: Brian and Matthew.

Sherri L. Craver

Sherri was hired in February 2000 for the position of Assistant Zoning Inspector. She was promoted to the position of Zoning Inspector December 18, 2001. In June of 2008 she accepted the promotion to the position of Administrative Secretary. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. Sherri lives in Mineral Ridge and is married to Rodney Craver. She has two children: Michael and Jaclyn.

Cindy was hired in August 2006 as Police Clerk/Receptionist. In June 2008, she was promoted to Office Assistant. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology. She lives in Weathersfield Township and is married to Jeff Smith. She has one daughter, Jacklynn.

Melissa was hired as part-time Office Assistant position in June 2008. In August 2010, she was promoted to full-time and maintained her position as Office Assistant. Melissa has 10 years of experience in the office environment. She lives in Austintown.
