Coach Ron Toth and the Mineral Ridge High School Track Team was recognized at the June 10, 2014 Trustees Meeting for their outstanding track season. The Boy's Track Team finished third at the Division III District Meet, the Boy's 4 X 100 Meter Relay Team qualified for Division III Regionals, and Logan Smith qualified for the 3200 Meter Run for Division III Regionals; the Boy's 4 X 100 Meter Relay Team won the Division III Regional relay event and qualified for State and Logan Smith ran the 3200 Meter Run at the Division III Regional event and for State; and the Boy's 4 X 100 Meter Relay Team finished seventh at the State Meet and Logan Smith finished fifth at the State Meet.
Band Director Joe Yaksich and the Mineral Ridge High School Band was recognized at the June 10, 2014 Trustees Meeting for their Superior Rating at the State Band Competition.
Sarah Bayless was recognized at the June 10, 2014 Trustees Meeting for her 40 Years of Bus Driving Service for Weathersfield Local School District. Sarah drove generations of students and kept our children safe and secure while in her care. We hope that Sarah enjoys her well-deserved retirement.

Announce the 2014 Residential Tree Limb Chipping Program
The 2014 Residential Tree Limb Chipping Program will occur every Friday beginning Friday April 4, 2014
and will continue through Friday October 24, 2014. For tree limb pick-up, you must call the Township by
Thursday before 4:15 pm of each week to be placed on the list for Friday pick-up.
Please keep the following rules and procedures in mind:
• This program is intended for residential tree limbs up to 3 inches in diameter.
• The tree limbs must be placed at the curbside with all the cut ends aligned with each other.
• No shrubs, stumps, roots, lumber, or railroad ties will be accepted. All tree limbs must be free from vines.
• We are not a tree removal service; if you are having a tree professionally removed let them do the entire job, you must have them take the tree limbs as well.
